Privacy Policy
Jennifer Tarabay Design respects your privacy. We collect only the personal information you choose to share with us — such as your name, email address, phone number and project details — when you submit an enquiry or consultation request through this website, by email, or via WhatsApp or Instagram.
This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare design proposals and manage your order. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order (for example, delivery partners) or where required by law.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Communication services you choose to use (such as WhatsApp or Instagram) are governed by their own privacy policies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the studio.
Terms & Conditions
By using this website you agree to these terms. All content on this site — including designs, images, renders, technical drawings, text and branding — is the intellectual property of Jennifer Tarabay Design and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Product visualizations are high-quality digital renders. Because each piece is individually made and natural materials vary, the delivered piece may show slight differences in grain, tone and texture. These variations are a feature of handcrafted work, not a defect.
All enquiries submitted through this website are requests for consultation and do not constitute a purchase or contract. Commercial terms — including pricing, payment schedule, production timeline and delivery — are agreed in writing for each commission before production begins.
Made-to-Order Policy
Every Jennifer Tarabay Design piece is made to order. Production begins only after the design, materials and specifications have been approved by the client and the agreed deposit has been received.
Because each piece is produced specifically for its client, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and are confirmed at the time of ordering.
Each piece is inspected before delivery. Should a piece arrive damaged, please document the damage and contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Custom Design Policy
Bespoke commissions follow the studio's private consultation process: personal discovery, concept development, digital visualization, client approval and custom manufacturing.
Design concepts, renders and drawings produced during a bespoke commission remain the intellectual property of Jennifer Tarabay Design, including where a project does not proceed to production. The studio may photograph completed pieces for its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Custom specifications — dimensions, materials, finishes and fabrics — are confirmed in writing before manufacturing. Changes requested after approval may affect cost and timeline and are accommodated where feasible.
